Libraries are the Heart of our Community!

Arizona Library Legislative Day is an annual event held at the state capitol. Libraries are the heart of every community and our libraries are helping our communities thrive.
In today’s tough economy, libraries offer free resources to help people find jobs and learn new skills. People of all ages and backgrounds find entertainment, develop skills, gather for book discussions or for storytime with their children.
Librarians, library supporters, Friends groups and other groups supportive of their libraries are urged to remind legislators and the public of all the support and positive impacts libraries provide to their communities.
E-mail your legislator and express your library love!.
