The Arizona Library Association invites you to the Radisson Fort McDowell Resort & Conference Center

Each booth will be allotted 2 name badges; there will be a $10 charge for additional name badges. Please pick up your staff name badges from the Registration desk.




Sent electronically to exhibitors 4-6 weeks prior to show, from our official show decorator.
The service kit will include order forms for electrical service and labor.




Show regulations prohibit the sharing of booths by two or more companies unless approved in advance by AzLA.


Exhibitors submitting written notice of cancellation of booth space by August 15, 2014 shall be entitled to booth rental refund minus $50 processing and resale fee. Cancellations received between Aug. 15th and Sept. 30th qualify for a refund of 50% of booth rental fee. No refunds can be made for cancellation received after Sept. 30th.
