How Organization Memberships Work
Organization Memberships allow for all of your full and part-time library employees to be added as sub members to your account. There is a max of 500 sub accounts to each Organization Membership account. The Organizational parent account and each of its sub member accounts have all the rights and privileges of a Standard AzLA Membership.
Parent and Sub Accounts
When you sign up for an organizational account, the account you first set up is your organization’s parent account. All other accounts are created as sub accounts to this parent account.
Upload Your Sub Accounts
You may upload each sub account by manually entering the username (email address), first name, and last name of the sub account on the accounts page. You may also add your sub accounts by uploading a .csv file that includes the username (email address), first name, and last name of each sub account member. There is a max of 200 new sub accounts per .csv file. Both of these membership data uploads can be completed by going into your Account page and select Subscriptions. From the Subscriptions page choose Sub Accounts. The Sub Accounts page will allow you to add users one by one or upload a .csv file.
AzLA Can Set Up Sub Accounts for You
Email email@example.com with your .csv of up to 500 sub account members and AzLA will add these account for you.
Employee Initiated Set Up of Sub Accounts
Another way to set up your sub accounts is to have your employees do it for you. Once you have purchased an Organization Membership go to the Accounts page and select Subscriptions. Under subscriptions you will see Sub Accounts to the right. Select Sub Accounts and then look for the Sign Up URL. Copy this URL and send it to all the employees you would like to sign up for a sub account.
Sub accounts have all the rights and privileges of a standard membership.
