People want to work for a library or an organization they can trust and building that trust requires authenticity from the leadership team. Whether you are currently a leader or want to move into leadership, this session will share tips on:

• improving your communication
• building relationships and comradery
• providing and receiving meaningful feedback

Presenter Bio

Jessica Jupitus is currently the library director for Tempe Public Library. They have worked in various capacities for Solano County Library, Sacramento Public Library, and Las Vegas Clark County Library District over nearly a 20 year span. Everything she knows about leadership started from coaching roller derby.
