Program Description

Join us for a fast-paced look at recent projects powered by federal funds from the Institute for Museum and Library Services. Get ideas for launching your own programs and services with Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) grants. Brief presentations by project managers from all over the state will cover a range of topics such as digitization, community outreach, teen services, and coding programs. There’s something for every library type and size, and for every community!

Presenter Bio

Janet "Jaime" Ball is the Grants Administrator for the Arizona State Library, Archives & Public Records. In this position she helps manage awards made to the State Library by federal agencies, and also manages the State Grants-in-Aid appropriation from the Arizona State Legislature. Before working in the State Library, Jaime served in public libraries as page, clerk, reference librarian, automation librarian, assistant director, branch manager, and city librarian. Outside of Library Lan, she enjoys walking, reading, traveling and ping pong.
